I'll bet you can't read this to the end.. I'll time you!

So many photos, so little time (before you get bored and click away from this message).

First up are three photos of 'Local Heroes' which I shot around the UK for Lloyds TSB, they are all Olympic hopefuls and are given a bunch of free training courtesy of the bank. I found the shoot both inspiring and depressing, in an alternative universe I reckon I could have made it to the Olympics, in an event combining trampoline and fencing.

Next up are two lovely models (well actually, one model, one dancer) who I shot for Nohelia Reyes, a talented and lovely make-up artist. For those of you who don't know that 'H&MU' means 'hair and make-up'- well, you do now.

There are a few pictures of 'things' in this instalment of my spam-with-a-smile, these are the first. I've shot for Skive before, lovely chaps that they are, they actually gave me a pair of shoes this time! This photo is one from a session a while ago where we shot their SS10 collection.

Next on the 'things' list is a pretty unique one, the guitar pictured is a one-of-a-kind Gibson SG, Rebecca Wright designed it for Relentless and Sam Walker at Gibson customised it, you can actually win it by the way, just click here and follow the instructions. If I'm right, it's designed to spike and maim anyone who plays Cliff Richard on it.

Now then, the next photo represents even MORE work I've been doing for Lloyds TSB. During a week-long shoot for them, they left me in my studio with a genuine 1948 Olympic torch - what could I do but take a picture of it? (and no, that's not my hand, I had it ordered in). It's actually a rather special item. Interesting pub fact for you; the Olympic flame isn't an 'eternal' flame that's constantly kept alight, but it is always lit from the sun! FACT!

Man.. I'm not even halfway through, I'll pick up the pace!

Next up is a shot I took behind the scenes of a Vodaphone Commercial for BBH, rather fun doing behind the scenes stuff - not sure I'd want to do it all the time, but you do feel like a bit of a sniper.

The two chaps you see in the next shot are Jose James and Jef Neve, who are very talented Jazz musicians (Singer and Pianist respectively) and I shot the cover of their first collaboration album in my studio for Universal Music.

The next three shots were taken for Orange at Glastonbury Festival in their Chill 'n' Charge area, for those of you who weren't there, it was a beautifully warm and pleasant festival - which means next year will sell out faster ...then rain. On a side note, Coco Sumner (and her band 'I Blame Coco') are really rather good, look 'em up. While I was there I also went up a 60ft crane and shot this panorama

Told you I'd pick up the pace, nearly done now!

Volcom asked me to pop over to Ibiza and shoot their Girls SS11 catalogue and campaign, who could refuse? It helped too that Josie at Volcom was terribly resourceful lass and had sorted everything from location to casting, so these penultimate two shots are a sneak preview of that very collection (they are in here with Volcom's kind permission).

And Finally!

If you're free during the coming weekends, and happen to be in the areas of Leeds or Newcastle, you might want to have a look at Red Bull's X-Fighters Jams, I shot the Brighton leg last weekend and it was excellent! It's a tour building up to the Battersea Power Station extravaganza (there is no other word for it) on August 14th.

That's it for this instalment, the feedback I've received after doing this mail-out for a year is very positive so I like to think of it as interesting enough not to be classed as spam. Additionally I only send this to people I've personally met and/or worked with. So in the interests of pro-active marketing I'm going to extend that to direct recommendations too, so if you can think of someone who I should send this to then please let me know.

Lots of love,

-Nathan
